The installations within each tent were realized through a process of creative exchange with the following people. We thank everyone who stepped forward to give their time, energy and commitment to this work. They uncovered and gave presence to the lost narratives of those who lived in social, penal, medical and mental confinement on Roosevelt Island from the early 1800’s to today.
